ENVIT and ARAGORN at RemTech Europe 2026

At RemTech Europe 2026 in Ferrara, ENVIT showcased ReSoil® technology and results from the ARAGORN project within the ARAGORN Horizon Europe Knowledge Exchange Hub. Three intensive days brought technical presentations, posters from project partners, a live ReSoil® demonstration and a Best Presentation Award.

At the ARAGORN Horizon Europe Knowledge Exchange Hub, hosted at the ENVIT booth, we presented results from across the ARAGORN partnership covering sustainable remediation, risk assessment, decision support, PFAS, biochar and contaminated-soil management.

A special achievement for our team: Simon Gluhar received the Best Presentation Award in Session 18 – In situ Remediation Technologies for presenting pilot-scale testing of the mobile ReSoil® unit on soils from three ARAGORN case studies.

Together with the Biotechnical Faculty, University of Ljubljana, we also presented research on copper removal from vineyard soils during the poster session.

We concluded our RemTech programme with a LIVE DEMO of the mobile ReSoil® unit, demonstrating the technology for removing metals and metalloids from contaminated soils in action.

Most importantly, RemTech provided plenty of good discussions, new connections and exchange between researchers, companies and remediation professionals.
